How long is the shop open?
Ordering is open until September 7. After that the shop closes and every order goes into production together in one batch — so don't wait until the last minute.
How does sizing run?
Not sure about a size? Try before you order — there's a bin of sizing samples out at 28 Birdstone Ave, Stittsville (on the front porch) every day from 9 am to 9 pm, starting August 29 until September 7. No appointment or notice needed — just stop by and try on t-shirts and hoodies. Everything is made by Megacity, the same manufacturer as our spring gear and all our coaches gear, so if you already have those, sizing matches.
When will my order arrive?
All orders go into production together after the shop closes on September 7. We're hoping to have everything in for the first event, but there are never any guarantees with production timing. There's no shipping — when the gear comes in, orders are handed out to your team manager, who will distribute them to their fans.
How do I pay?
Everything is ordered and paid for right here on the site — secure checkout with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You'll get an order confirmation by email right away.
Can I exchange or return an item?
No exchanges or returns — every item is custom made for us at Megacity. That's exactly why the sizing samples are out until September 7: please try before you order.
Why does an item say sold out?
Some items are made to order in unlimited quantities, but others we only have a set amount of. If the site says sold out, we unfortunately have no more of that item.
